Phillips has been provided the title of Chief Executive Officer recently by the company of Infor. He was the former president of the NASDAQ:ORCL or the Oracle Company. The said company is a developer of business software especially made for middle market businesses or companies. Charles Phillips who bid adieu to his former position as the President of the Oracle Company in the month of September had quickly received an offer from the Infor Company’s board of directors. The said company’s board of directors is the one and only leading distributor and/or developer of applications that are corporate in nature. This business software is especially made to pump up the middle sized companies. While in the meantime, Jim Schaper who is the current CEO and chairman of Infor will still remain as the company chairman which means that he will still play quite a very vital role with the strategic development and plans if the company. Also, it has been st6ated by the said company that Jim Schaper will provide his services as a senior operating partner for one of the leading shareholder of the company which is the Golden Gate Capital.
Charles Phillips has over more than 20 years of professional experience with the software industry. Just recently, Phillips was the president as well as the director of the Company Oracle. Here at Oracle, Phillips was able to put the name of the company’s endeavors one level higher. He was able to lead the company’s organizational field and apart from that, he was able to watch over the growth in annual revenue of nearly 300 percent all throughout his seven year term with the said firm.
