The NRG heated mirror process of Installing

For installation, you need to follow a few simple steps. For putting up a NRG heated mirror, you have to install a heater and ensure that no damage has been done to the metallic filament. It should also be checked that there is no slits through the protective film. After installation of the heated mirror, it should not be visible at all.

The most important thing above all while installation is to check that the mirror you have chosen is suitable for your purpose. Besides, check if the mirror is devoid of cracks and stress lines to give a clear reflection. You should also make sure not to fix any accessory to the surface of the mirror to avoid stress and uneven temperature.

Since it is self-adhesive, make sure that you do not use any other kind of adhesive. When you select any surface of the wall for mounting the mirror, ensure that the wall has a level surface and is flat. Besides, the wall should have the strength to bear the weight of the mirror. Make sure that the surface on which the mirror is mounted has a plain surface without any stress.

Moisture in the wall can actually damage the heated mirror. Also, check that it is completely coated with adhesive. You should check through the manufacturer’s instructions for installation.

Here are certain fitting instructions that you should follow. First, you should start by demarcating the position of the heated mirror film on the backside of the mirror. Second, you should peel out the adhesive cover and actually fit in one the side or the area, which needs to be covered. Let the heater adhere to the entire mirror surface. Once this is done you should cut a portion in the wall where the heated mirror connector will be actually sited. Attach power cables to the particular point of connection.
