Visit the Air-India Express Web site (see Resources below). The site is extremely user-friendly. Once you select your origin and destination cities, you can search for cheap tickets by clicking on the “lowest fare finder” option.

Use your credit card to purchase tickets online.

Print and stash your Air-India Express receipt for future reference. Air-India Express doesn’t offer traditional tickets. This is your “ticket.” You’ll need it to check-in.

Visit any Air-India Express airport or city office to purchase tickets over the counter. You can find offices in Mumbai, Dalhi, Kerala, Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Oman-Muscat and Al Ain. Use cash or credit cards to pay for your ticket.

Book a ticket on Air-India Express up to 90 minutes prior to your departure through the Web site, airport office or travel agent. You can also call the reservation office to make a credit card payment up to 6 hours prior to departure.
