Simple Steps to be carried out while applying for
UAE follows a strict guidelines and procedure to issue a visa. One needs to first go through a study that whether they actually require a visa or not. Then search an association with someone in UAE for visa purpose. Then carry out the further required formalities.
Are you required to apply?
Residents of Gulf countries are not required to apply. There is a list of other countries as well which falls in this category.
Suitable visa:
– Family visit visa: A person employed in UAE can sponsor their family members which includes spouse & dependent children. Duration 30 days it can renewed with certain condition imposed.
– Friend visit visa: the UAE visa can be sponsored for family friends in certain cases.
– Mission Visa: Visa issued for urgent specific business requirements.
– Resident Visa: For 3years which the employer shall sponsor.
– Tourist Visa: Renewable visa sponsored by hotels or tour operators for 30 days.
– Transit Visa: Issued for a short duration of 96 hours generally for business meetings or the crew members of certain airlines.
– Student Visa: Issued on the basis of the letter of admission issued by the institute of the admission.
– Medical Visa: Issued for certain specific medical treatment to carry in foreign country.

Selection of sponsor:
The sponsor can be anyone who is connected with UAE. For different visa purpose different sponsors can be selected.
For the general tourists any airlines (whose operations are from UAE), hotels of stay and booking, specialized licensed visa agents can assist for visa.
For others it may be some friend or close relative or any family member as a resident there who is ready to take the sponsorship.
Big companies or the universities can only be the sponsor.
Filling requirements:
The documentations need to be complete properly which include the following-
For sponsor:
– Contact details
– Identity and residence proof
– Proof of their resident status in UAE.
– Copy of contract.
– Letter by university
– Security amount deposit if required any
– Medical reports by certified medical care center.
For applicant:
– Valid passport
– Identity proof
– Contact details
– Colored photograph
All the above documents (which may vary in specified cases) along with the fully filled and signed application form and the fee shall be either submitted through the scanned copy while online application or needs to be submitted in the nearest embassy by the sponsor on the behalf of the main applicant.
