NEW PRAGUE (4-2) has played well this season, except for getting crushed by solid ustin 55-32 in its second game of the year, and drilled by Prior Lake 66-40 on Thursday. The Trojans have height and athleticism, including a pair of 6-6 players in seniors Trevor O’Brien and Sergio Najera. Both average 12 points. Leading scorer is junior guard Nick Johnson, at 15 ppg. Senior guard Luke Rynda averages nine points and junior guard Joe Kneip averages eight. Both of them are in the coach op art on sale 6-2 range. New Prague is highly regarded state-wide, ranked ninth in Class AAA.
