A good trainer understands that each of us is different and unique in the way we are physically composed. We may have the same bodily features, but it’s only a good trainer who understands that in order to generate the best possible results, he or she will have to first work to understand your body and then work with it rather than subjecting it to a routine that ostensibly fits one and all. Contrary to popular belief, there is no routine that fits one and all completely and one should be absolutely vary of those fitness trainers who put all their efforts in trying to convince you of otherwise rather than chalking out a customized routine and exercise plan that is essentially meant for you.
