Fitness Instructor and Muscle Development
Most people, who take to the gym, are looking for a faster way to build muscles. The general belief is that the more time you spend in the gym the better are your chances of building good muscles. This is not entirely true. Spending long hours in the gym, can indeed help you build strong muscles, but why go about the long way when you can develop your muscles in less than one third of that time. To achieve, this you need the guidance of a fitness instructor.
Muscle size and strength can be increased by proper stimulation. Lifting weights is a good way of stimulating muscles. Multiple sets can help increase muscles quite effectively. But it is important to do all in the proper way. If not, it makes one sustain injuries some of which may be severe. When guided by a fitness instructor, you obviate these risks altogether. According to the basic tenets of gym instructions, it is enough to do exercises for 45 minutes at a stretch. This is because, 45 minutes of strenuous exercise is enough to consume ones glycogen store. Stretching beyond 45 minutes can be too stressful for your body.
One of the primary prerequisite of a good training program is some form of stimulation to the muscle. It is important to overload the muscle. This can best be done by devoting time for muscles along with the nutrients they need to grow. Last but not the least, is progressive resistance. If you there isn’t any improvement in the first three weeks, then there is a problem in your routine. You may encounter this problem only when you go it on your own. When faced with such a problem, never fail to consult your gym fitness instructor.
When you go for workouts always opt for the least amount of exercises required. This can ensure optimum results. There is always a need to change exercises. But only a fitness instructor will be able to tell you when to change, what to change and how much to change. If you do not have a regular instructor, it is advisable to consult a qualified instructor periodically.
