Cherokee Scrubs to Break the Monotony
In the beginning of the 20th century, the use of scrub sets was introduced so that the nurses would have a uniform in assisting the doctors. Now, nurses can find more style in them as the introduction of cherokee scrubs has been released in the market. What makes this scrub suit design so great is that it has many styles and colors. The designs and colors mainly evoke that of the Native American Cherokee tribe, employing floral and minimalist designs.
A good example of the Cherokee influence in these scrubs is the scrub vest. It is common that scrub suits have a sort of standard where the neck should be V-shaped and the sleeves should be just above the elbows, but the scrub vest breaks this standard and offers a new design for the medical field.
There are so many Cherokee-inspired designs to choose from and you would be surprised how these suits don’t look like those common scrub suits that most nurses wear. The Cinch-Waist Top design is a very good example of a scrub suit that doesn’t look like a normal suit at all. I guess you can even wear this outside of your work because it looks like a fashionable blouse already.
