The item is Crab stuffed mushroom, which is not a main course, but appetiser. This dish is highly nutritious as it contains crab as well as mushroom in it.

Ingredients that you need to prepare this dish are- one pound mushrooms (large), 3 green onions (minced), four ounces of crabmeat, six table spoons of butter, red bell pepper chopped (one), half cup of breadcrumbs and two tablespoon of Parmesan Cheese. Add salt and pepper as per your taste.

Wash the mushrooms, cut the stems and put them in a pan to mix them with pre melted butter. Preheat a buttered baking dish in oven at 350 degree F. Heat some butter in a pan and add chopped mushroom stems, onions and red bell pepper. Add bread crumb, crab meat and seasonings when the vegetable in pan will be soft. Now fill each mushroom the cooked filling added with some parmesan cheese. Bake the mushrooms for 15 minutes to get the item ready for your dinner table.
