Resolve Errors Have Been Detected in the File Error in Outlook 2007

Every Office suite comes with an inbuilt utility called Inbox repair tool or Scanpst.exe that is meant for repairing Outlook corruption and is hidden.

In order to get rid of the error, you must find and run the tool as soon as possible. But first you must find cause it is a hidden tool. In order to do that, first you should enable the show hidden files and folders option in the Folder Options menu. Then just go for a simple search, you will get the tool very easily. Now you need one thing more the location of your PST file that by default is C:\Documents and Settings\user_id\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook. Run Scanpst exe, browse to the PST file that is corrupted and let the tool scan the file to repair it.

When the repair process gets completed, the tool will make a prompt. Thus, Inbox repair tool is not only a free tool but also easy to use. However one thing you must know that Scanpst exe Outlook 2007 tool doesn’t work in all the conditions, there are some demarcations as well.
