Wheeler Power Products pay the shipping on orders shipped via UPS ground service in the continental U.S. (Exceptions: tires, rotating assemblies, cylinder heads, oversize boxes or items requiring truck freight). Wheeler Power Products will gladly accommodate any special shipping requirements such as Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, 3 Day and truck shipping. Your special shipping request will be billed by Wheeler Power Products to you at cost. There will be a $12.99 packaging and handling fee assessed to all orders.
Payment Options
Wheeler Power Products accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and prepayment with money order, certified cashiers check, or bank wire transfer. Credit card orders will be shipped only to the billing address of the credit card used for purchase. (NO EXCEPTIONS) Prepayment is required on all engines, short blocks and custom parts. These parts require a minimum deposit of 50% and may be as much as 100% depending on the exact nature of the part, prepayment amounts are at the sole discretion of Wheeler Power Products.
Return Policy
You may return new, uninstalled, non-custom parts within 14 days of the original purchase date to Wheeler Power Products for store credit. However to ensure a no-hassle return, you must call and be issued a return authorization number. All returned parts are subject to a 15% restocking and handling charge. Parts returned without a return authorization number are subject to a 50% restocking and handling charge. Wheeler Power Products will not accept returns on custom or special order parts. All products must be in the original package or you will incur a handling charge up to 50% for shipping & handling for return to the manufacturer for repackaging.

On all engines and component assemblies, Wheeler Power Products, at their sole discretion, reserves the right to adjust/change internal engine specifications, components or methods as they see fit at any time without notice.
