Sony Ericsson K660i Review

Considered by some to be Sony’s response to the iPhone, the K660i does have one of the most user-friendly Internet browsing tools that can be found on any current product. The shortcut keys make it easy to scroll through searches, select sites and move through web pages with ease. The pan and zoom function is manipulated with one simple key, which makes the process easy.

Along with Internet capability, the camera included with the K660 is a full two megapixel unit, which makes it a cut above quite a few handheld devices on the market today. The camera makes good use of the zoom feature, and the images that are produced are excellent quality. Best of all, it is a simple process to send the images to any email address, especially if the address is saved in the contact directory.

Pros

-Internet browsing is fast and easy
-Camera is one of the best on the market today
-Internal memory space is a decent 32 MB

Cons

-No QWERTY keyboard, which some users will miss
-Navigating through the functions is a little different, may take some time to get used to
-Price may be prohibitive for some consumers

Final Thoughts:

The Sony Ericsson K660i is an excellent alternative to the iPhone and will no doubt give the competition a solid run for their money.

One of the biggest strides in modern communication has been the invention and implementation of MMS. MMS, or Multimedia Messaging Service, is the ability of a mobile phone to send and receive text messages, pictures, and videos to and from other mobile phones.
