Tiruchendur is part of the Tuticorin district in the state of Tamilnadu. This is famous for lord Murugan temple. The college had its origin solely on the philanthropy of Dr. B. Sivanthi Adityan. It is a self-financing institution fully maintained by the munificence of Aditanar Educational Trust.
