Indeed, it was the famous black and white shots of Twiggy and fellow 60s model Jean Shrimpton taken by celebrity photographer David Bailey which inspired the choice of navy and Irish cream stripe, bringing to mind the Breton stripes worn by so many British beatniks and early style mavens. These limited edition briefs are also available in mocha and white stripes, with both colourways finished with a navy contrast binding.
