Indian car bazaar has been emerging as one of the most flourishing and thriving car markets in the world. Almost every international car brand is willing to launch its products here. Here is a list of top 10 most searched car in the country, which shows the popularity and tastes of the cars amongst the consumers these days.
Maruti Swift
First in the lot is Maruti Swift, which is considered as one of the most successful hatchback in India today. Maruti has provided the car with almost every feature that one would expect in a car. From air conditioning system, power steering, power windows to Anti lock braking system. The hatchback is available in both petrol as well as diesel and the mileage delivered by them is impressive as well. The car gives out a striking fuel economy of 15 to 18.1 kmpl in petrol and 18 to 22.9 km per litre in diesel variant. Right now, New Maruti Swift is available for Rs 4.44 – 6.76 Lakh depending on the variant one chooses. Currently, Maruti Swift has a very tough competition in the market, which includes Ford Figo, Hyundai i20 and Tata Indica vista.
Hyundai Eon

However, it is not easy for Hyundai Eon to survive the tough competition. Currently, Hyundai Eon is facing some hard challenges from Maruti Alto, Tata Nano, Chevrolet Beat and Chevrolet Spark.
Mahindra XUV 500
Mahindra XUV 500 is also one of the most searched cars in India. This is said to be the most successful product from M&M so far. New Mahindra XUV 500 can be brought home in just Rs. 11, 58,000 to Rs 14, 11,000, depending on the variant one chooses. The SUV is offered in three diesel variant one being four wheel drive, which delivers quite in a striking mileage figure of 12 to 15 km per litre. On the other hand the features proffered in XUV500 are no less. The SUV comes with numerous traits like ample of headroom and legroom, air conditioning system with climate control, fine quality leather seats, adjustable steering column, front and rear defogger, anti lock braking system with EBD and so on. In spite of these impressive features, Mahindra XUV 500 is a facing a tough fight from Tata Aria, Force One SUV and Toyota Innova.
