But the above mentioned vegetables kale, broccoli .. etc have an extra health benefit that helps losing weight. They contain substances that fight the bad effect of xenoestrogens. What is xnoestrogens? You might be asking. Well, they are substances that are found in herbicides, pesticides and petrochemicals. They get in the food, air or water then to our bodies.
Because we all care about our health then I think it is wise to lose weight with a method that have other health benefits as well, I mean vegetables. Vegetables contain vitamins and minerals that add great value to the human body. They help improving the immunity system and protect the body from a lot of diseases.
