Tod Seisser’s life and his hobbies
Tod Seisser along with Julie Bauer and Steve Landsberg founded a marketing and advertising firm called Grok. This firm has its base in New York. Tod was not a big fan of the usual bureaucracy and he formed Grok so that he can oppose it. According to him the team that was handling the project should be the ones talking to the clients. In his opinion the higher officials who were not part of the team shouldn’t deal with the client. His new firm Grok has been able to build a network of individuals who were ready to help him whenever he needed them. The individuals who were a part of this network came from various fields and they were experts in those fields. These fields included media and entertainment.
Tod Seisser did his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree (Media Arts) in New York’s School of Visual Arts. He then worked in various reputed agencies before he decided to start Grok. These agencies include J. Walter Thompson, Ammirati & Puris, and Saatchi & Saatchi. While working with these agencies he handled top clients including UPS, Seagrams, General Mills, and Johnson & Johnson. He also received attention from big publication establishments that included The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and People. The various industry awards he received include One Show, Art Directors Club, Andys, Cannes Lion, and Communication Arts.
Tod Seisser likes to collect comic arts that were created by Jack Kirby. These comic arts were done by Jack during the 1960s and 1970s. Collecting vintage American wristwatches was another hobby of his. Tod fees strongly against cruelty to animals and thus supports ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals). The other organizations to which he lends his support are Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Animal Legal Defense Fund, Shar Pei Savers and Guiding Eyes for the Blind.
