Start Training With Weights – Burn Your Fat And Shape Your Body!
Almost two thirds of all Central Europeans complain about love handles and belly fat. It’s quite difficult to form a well-toned body or an aesthetic beach body. Every day, new technologies, products, formulas or pills are dumped on the market, all of which promise a slim and lean body. Due to so many different approaches to losing weight, people tend to be uncertain about what they should do in order to lose weight.
To really succeed in shaping your body – get rid of belly fat or build muscle mass – you should first be aware of some basic body functions.
No matter how your body looks like or how you may just be target practice: If you consume less calories (energy) than you consume, you will reduce your body weight, because fat storage is inhibited. No matter what you look like, or how much you weigh: If you eat more calories than you actually burn, you will GET fat. But on the other side, if you burn more calories than actually gaining calories, you will LOSE fat.
This is why you should start with weight training! By weight training, you gain more muscles which in return will make you burn more fat. At the same time, you also get much stronger, fitter and much better looking.
Doing weight training has even more advantages for you!
You can eat more food without having to be too strict on yourself. That is because by having a higher percentage of muscle, your body will automatically need more calories.
You will also burn much more fat over the day as muscles require a lot more energy than the fat storage.
You will be much fitter and you will feel much more healthier!
By weight training, you strengthen your immune system and thanks to that, you will less frequently get ill.
There are a lot of misconceptions about weight training, such as when you are overweight and you start training your muscles, that fat turns into muscle. Fat cannot turn into muscle, this is impossible. What happens is that you lose more fat, and you build more muscle, which makes you less fat but better and stronger looking.
The best thing is to go to the gym with a friend, or even with a couple of friends. Like in any other sport, you will be much more motivated as you see your friends progress and you’ll want to compete with them. It will also be much more fun to train together, instead of going on your own.
When you are at the gym, concentrate on full body training instead of training each body part on a different day. This will give you the best results and you will also get much stronger by doing this. You could ask the coach at your gym to give you a good full body workout, or you could have a look on the internet. Remember to stay consistent and not to give up if you don’t see any changes in the first few weeks. You are definitely going to change your body, if you really want it!
