What is your ministry for ?
The ministry that you are building today as the cost ability and the potential to be around for many years to come and impact many lives that you have not encountered yet. When you build a youth ministry that has a strong foundation of strong and correct biblical scripture teachings you are setting yourself up for success for the present and also for the long-term future. When you make sure that the material you are teaching your studentsis not only correct but inspired by Jesus Christ you are making sure that everything that you teach your students will help them today and for the rest of their lives. Your use ministry should stand as a symbol and as a tool that you use to spread the word of Jesus Christ to the students of youth ministry and also to the people of your church and also your surrounding community. Along with your youth ministry student you should be on a constant outreach program inviting as many people as you can to your church services and also to events that you and your youth ministry students put on for the community. When you come together with your youth ministry students to bring other people who may be strangers into your environment of your youth work you are spreading the word of Jesus Christ and his teachings. Your youth ministry should always be looking to help those who are less fortunate and to help those who need assistance at various times throughout the year. Helping the members of your community can range from shoveling snowy driveways in the wintertime to running a soup kitchen in the springtime. No matter how you use ministry students and yourself help your community you should always keep one thing in mind, to spread the word of Jesus Christ at his teachings to all of those that you encounter. As a youth ministry leader you should stand tall and be a shining example to your students of what it Christ like person is. Of course you have faults as we all do what you should do your best to set an example for everybody that you come in touch with as you are a representative of not only yourself, but a representative for Jesus Christ and also your youth ministry. When people in your community see how you act in a Christ like way they will be more likely to help you in your youth ministry endeavors and there will be more likely to volunteer their time when you and your youth ministry students need help. Your youth ministry should at all times be looking to give to others and to be looking to learn from all of the experiences that you share together. When you come together with your youth ministry students every single time they should be an important lesson learned. Coming together with your youth ministry students in a meaningful and productive way will not only help your youth ministry grow in size but also grow in how much it helps everybody who comes in contact with it.
