My Online Shopping Experience
With the development of technology, an increasing number of people are crazy about surfing the Internet at present. For this reason, online shopping is very popular with netizens, especially the youngsters. To be honest, I noticed that online purchasing had gained its popularity in 2007. At that time, a large group of my classmates bought items such as clothes, make-ups and cell phones. So popular as shopping online is, I had not bought any thing online because I did suspect the quality of the goods online.
Last week when I went shopping with my girlfriend, I saw a beautiful find-made steeless flask in a shop. The flask was imported from Germany and made of 100% steeless metal. As I like drinking foreign wine very much, I decided to buy the flask at the first glance. But when the salesman told me about its price, I was totally depressed. Just a bottle used for holding foreign wine can sell 160 yuan. I left the shop with nothing in my hands, hopeless and helpless. Then my girlfriend tried to clam and please me, saying “Why don’t you buy the flask on the Internet?” All of a sudden, I felt warmth in my heart, and I really gave it a shot.
That night, I surfed the Internet in search for the same flask as I saw in the daytime. I found that it really worked because I could see many identical flasks at relatively low prices. At last, I bought the flask online and it cost me only 60 yuan plus 20 yuan (for the express mail) to get the flask. I felt such a pleasure to hold the flask in my hands after I made the order online. I found the flask 100% identical as the picture shown online and the quality is good as well.
Now I know the Internet should be so amazing and powerful by providing items at much lower prices than those made by real-life stores. Next time when I want to buy something, I will take online shopping as my first choice.
