Buildings account for an estimated 48% of all green house emissions.
Recently in, NOIDA development authority has decided to give two per cent Floor Area Ratio (FAR) free to environment friendly residential buildings. With plethora of new constructions already proposed in various sectors of NOIDA with new constructions sprung up every new day, it is important to encourage green practices in construction for sustainable future
