Ori’Zaba’s Joins VetFran as a Premium Member to Offer Rewarding Veteran Franchise Opportunities
1888PressRelease – An exciting program to drive business ownership amongst veterans.
The fast-expanding Mexican restaurant chain Ori’Zaba’s has joined the flagship initiative of the International Franchise Association’s (IFA) Foundation VetFran as a Premium Member to help veterans achieve the dream of business ownership.
As part of its commitment, Ori’Zaba’s will provide an attractive 33 percent discount on the initial franchise fee to veterans. This translates to a reduced fee of $20,000 in place of the standard payment of $30,000.
In addition, veterans will gain access to comprehensive training on the critical knowledge and skills required to swiftly transition into a new entrepreneurial role. They will also have proven operational systems and processes at hand, meticulously defining and detailing each aspect of operations to help them launch and operate their business with confidence.
“We are delighted to collaborate with VetFran as a Premium Member to extend an exciting franchise opportunity to a wider veteran community,” says CEO of Ori’Zaba’s and a former US Air Force Captain Kori McClurg. “It is an excellent fit for qualified veterans who already possess the leadership skills and strong work ethics essential to succeed within our proven business model.”
Since opening its first restaurant in 2001, Ori’Zaba’s has rapidly expanded as a social enterprise that supports the veteran community through its high-performing franchise program. The restaurant chain’s successful franchise model has allowed it to deliver a consistently high-quality experience for its customers and a profitable business for the franchisees.
“Franchising accounts for nearly 7.6 million direct jobs and 2.5 percent of the US GDP. It’s very promising to see that 14 percent of franchisees today are retired military personnel,” said Ori’Zaba’s Franchise Sales Director Adam Petersen. “Our aim is to educate and support more veterans to pursue franchise ownership and we are excited to see Ori’Zaba’s providing an outstanding program to facilitate franchise-based entrepreneurship and proud to be a member of VetFran.”
