How to Design a Client-Magnet High Ticket Coaching Program

Designing high ticket coaching programs that your customers will love is relatively easy although it will require a lot of research, time, energy, and patience. Here’s a step-by-step guide that you can use to make the process more organized:

  1. Know what your prospects are looking for. The first thing that you need to do is to figure out the kind of coaching programs your potential clients are looking for. Conduct surveys on relevant forums or send your prospects very straightforward questionnaires. This is the best thing that you can do to get their pulse. Through this, you’ll know the exact assistance that they’re looking for and the sets of information that they’re dying to know about.
  2. Make sure that you have what it takes to address the needs and demands of your prospects. Take a closer look at your skills and capabilities. Do you have what it takes to effectively help your customers? If you answered no, you will need to equip yourself with the right elements so you can offer your clients great value for their money. If you think that your knowledge isn’t enough, I would recommend increasing it by doing extensive research and by attending relevant seminars. It will also help if you hone your skills. These include presentation, communication, active listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Don’t stop improving on your craft until such time that you’re 100% sure that you have all the right answers to the questions of your potential buyers and the most effective remedies to their problems.
  3. Decide on the tools and mediums that you’re going to use. Before you offer your coaching programs to your customers, I would recommend identifying the tools that you’re going to use in transferring your knowledge to them. Also, decide on your coaching mediums. What I recommend is that you use all available mediums particularly those that are preferred by most people who are taking advantage of online coaching programs so you can attract more interested parties. These mediums include email, member-only site, phone, and video conferencing services.
  4. Test your programs. Have a dry run before you offer your coaching programs to the buying public. Invite at least 2 people who are considered gurus in your niche to try out your programs for free. Although this is not mandatory, I would highly recommend it to you. Why? It’s because this is the most effective way to figure out if your programs are really good or if there is something else that you can do to improve them. You would want to make sure that they’re perfect when you offer them to your paying customers, right?
  5. Be willing to offer additional assistance when and as needed. This is definitely something that you can do to make your programs more powerful and more enticing to the eyes of your buyers. What I suggest is that you track the progress of your customers and figure out if they need something else to enhance their learning experience. It wouldn’t be a bad idea if you offer them additional coaching sessions (only if they need it) and if you give them additional tools and resources.
