If you feel there’s an empty space in the room you are designing and you don’t know what to do with it, try adding an area rug. This will make a cozier feel in any room which they are applied to. Sometimes you’ll find more than one which wins you over and it may be difficult to narrow it down to one. If all else fails, purchase both. Believe me you’ll find a spot for the other.
