About the Author: I am a fitness enthusiast who gives advice to people who want to burn fat, build muscle and live a healthier lifestyle. Like many of you, for years I worked at a high paced and stressful job too busy trying to balance a job, relationships, social life and of course fitness. Like most people, in the beginning I struggled with maintaining a healthy lifestyle, especially with my eating habits, weight and high cholesterol problems.
