About the Author: Rich Flaherty is a seasoned executive, having led middle market companies in the Marketing, Information and Services; with over 20 years senior leadership experience, Rich has helped companies achieve consistent growth in both revenues and profits. A graduate of Notre Dame, Rich started his career in the Finance area but quickly branched out into the Marketing, Sales and Operations areas. Rich became President of Credit Card Service Corporation at the age of 29, and has since been in leadership positions at Crown Marketing Group, Special Data Processing, InfoMart and currently serves as Vice President for DriverCheck, the originator of the vehicle-monitoring industry. DriverCheck started the industry in 1986 with its nationally recognized “How’s My Driving?” decals and, since then, the company has grown to provide total solutions for thousands of companies—and hundreds of thousands of vehicles across North America.
